Gisela Graca

Gisela Graça is an accomplished lawyer specializing in energy, infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, investments, and land-related matters. She holds an impressive educational background, including a Doctoral Degree (PhD) from the University of Poitiers in France, which she completed in 2012. Prior to that, she obtained a Master's degree from the same university in 2004 and an LLB Law (Graduate) from the University Eduardo Mondlane in Mozambique in 2002. Gisela is fluent in Portuguese, French, and English.
